Shawn Pulford became the Location Manager of Frederick in January 2010. He has served the waterworks industry for over 30 years. Shawn was a partner of A-1 Pipe ,Inc . for 20 years. He has served in various marketing and management positions for both Mueller Co. and Kennedy Valve. “ This is a great opportunity. I am extremely proud to be a part of the LB Water Service team. Bryan has extensive field experience in both water and sewer applications. He has exceptional product knowledge and problem solving skills. Bryan has more than 10 years of experience in the underground utilities field.
Brad Coy

Brad is knowledgeable in all aspects of the waterworks industry. He specializes in Electro-Fusion of HDPE pipe and fittings. Brad has excellent product knowledge and technical skills that serve L/B Water Service customers well. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course.

David has been with L/B Water Service for more than 20 years. He got his start at the Chambersburg location in 1987. Dave has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the water industry.

Lesley Smith
Office Manager
Lesley has been with L/B Water Service since 1988. Her administrative support role has facilitated opportunities to expand her industry experience. Lesley fields sales calls and handles everything from processing orders to servicing customer needs. Lesley fulfills responsibilities as a Purchasing Agent, Credit Manager, Senior Customer Service Manager as well as Operations Controller. Lesley is very well rounded and knowledgeable in her field.

Damon graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. Damon is very knowledgeable in the field and has the take off skills and sense of urgency necessary to fulfill customer needs. Damon is also responsible for all procurement needs at the Frederick location.
