Paula Wallace
Location Manager
Paula Wallace started in the waterworks industry in 1993 in an administrative support role for a large, established waterworks supply house. Her tenure facilitated opportunities to expand her industry experience, from fielding sales calls, processing orders to servicing customer needs. Paula held such critical titles as Purchasing Agent, Credit Manager, and Senior Customer Service Manager and Operations Manager. Paula’s well-rounded municipal meter experience makes her uniquely qualified in support of mutual metering endeavors.
Mike DiBattista
Meter Systems Consultant
Mike DiBattista got his start in the industry in 1979 working for a prominent waterworks distributor in the state of New Jersey. He has been in customer sales for more than 25 years, spending the past 17 years managing customer accounts. Throughout this time, he has specialized in the municipal sales market, with a focus on water meters and appurtenances. With the advent of automatic meter reading, he has trained in the dynamics involved with the municipal sales cycle as well as the various AMR technologies available in the marketplace today.
