Walt VanNuys
Member, Board of Directors; Sales Consultant
Walt joined L/B Water Service in 1972. Walt and Jim App owned L/B Water Service (Selinsgrove). They then created L/B Water Service South with Bill Everly. The two companies were later merged to form L/B Water Service. Walt was an owner of the company until it was sold to the organization’s employees in 2002. Walt continues to be very active in the business by being part of inside sales team. With all his years of dedication and hard work, Walt can offer skills and knowledge in every aspect of the industry. Walt has strong roots in the company and is dedicated to training employees to continue with the same hard-working skills he was taught.
Troy Dressler
Location Manager
Troy started his career path with L/B Water Service in 1999 after his tour with the U.S. Army. While attending Lock Haven University, he worked at L/B Water over college breaks in Selinsgrove. In 2001 he was offered a fulltime position in the yard at Chambersburg, then later that year transferred to Ebensburg as an inside salesman. Troy was given the opportunity in 2003 to help open the Stoneboro location. He recently returned to the Selinsgrove Corporate Office
Don Bush
Outside Sales, Consultant
Don joined L/B Water Service in March of 2005, with years of previous experience. He makes stops to outside municipalities and contractors for the Selinsgrove and Stoneboro locations. Don started in the sales & supply business 1981 working for companies such as Keystone Oilfield Supply Co. Republic Supply Co., R.F.Schneider Pipe & Supply, and E.J. Prescott, Inc. Over the years Don has received training from many of our trusted vendors such as Romac, Sensus Metering, AFC, and Ford Meter Box.
Brian Ferry
Sales Consultant
Brian joined L/B Water in winter of 1985. He began his career working in the warehouse, performing live taps in size 3/4"-12", making jobsite deliveries, and then made the transition to sales and consulting in 1992. Along with being an assistant manager, Brian also shares responsibilities managing the L/B transportation fleet. With years of experience, Brian uses his knowledge in the industry to build strong service-oriented relationships with customers.
Colin Houser
Sales Consultant
Colin joined the company in 1979. He began his career working in the yard, performing live taps, air testing sewer mains and making jobsite deliveries. He made the transition to sales in 1986 and now fulfills a variety of roles including Company Secretary and sales consultant for many of the companies larger volume contractors. Being taught by the original owners, Colin stresses the same strong work ethic that is used to build lasting relationships with customers and vendors.
Clint Inch
Sales Consultant
Clint is a 2003 graduate of Shippensburg University where he received a degree in Geo Environmental Studies. He started his L/B career working in our yard in March of 2006. By September he was ready to join our sales team. Clint specializes in erosion control products and fusion weld of HDPE pipe and fittings.
Jason Inch
Sales Consultant
Jason joined L/B Water Services right out of high school in 1993. He started in the L/B warehouse, became an L/B driver, and then became an inside salesman. Jason’s dedication to the company has allowed him to gain the skills and knowledge that are essential to offering superior customer service. Jason specializes in fire hydrants and accessories.
Josh LaBrec
Sales Consultant
Josh graduated from Bucknell University in the spring of 1998, and came to work for L/B Water during the fall of 1999. He spent a few months working in the warehouse, and then moved into the sales office. Josh plays an active role in the growth of L/B Water as a member of the human capital development committee.
Jimmy Shaffer
Sales Consultant
Jimmy joined the L/B Water Service team in 1987 with three years of prior experience in water line tapping. He performed taps, fire hydrant repairs, and drove delivery truck before moving into sales. Because of his years of experience, he has extensive hands-on and product knowledge. Jim also specializes in repairs of water control valves and Sensus water meters. The training and example set forth by Jim App and Walt VanNuys have helped Jimmy become the team player he is today.
Rick Ulrich
Sales Consultant
Rick started at L/B Water in 1997. He started in working in the warehouse, and then he moved to sales consultant . Having worked in the plumbing and heating industry before joining L/B, Rick has plenty of field experience. Using his valuable skills and knowledge of water, sewers, and storm products, Rick offers superior customer service. He also specializes in control valve repairs and hand and specialty tool products .
