I am the manager at Muhlenberg Township Authority and wanted to write a short letter of appreciation to you both. In a position such as ours, we hear all too often about the problems and complaints of customers. This is NOT one of those times. We have been working with LB now for quite a few years, and of recent, when I have called with a question or concern, I've been so pleased with the dedication of the staff at LB. I have placed calls to representatives of LB and have gotten return calls while they were on vacation, even when their voicemail said they were not available.
