LB Water Hosts Second Annual Customer Appreciation Day

FREDERICK, MD--The LB Water location in Frederick, MD, held its Second Annual Customer Appreciation Day on October 30, 2014. LB Water customers and invited guests had the opportunity to participate in interactive demonstrations of some of the latest innovations in waterworks infrastructure products, such as smart metrology systems, leak detection devices and water treatment plant products, as well as the latest pipe, valves, hydrants and environmental products.
A total of 35 vendors were in attendance. The Customer Appreciation Day allowed 170 attendees, including LB Water personnel, to meet with the end-users of their products and engage in discussion under the roof of LB Water’s Frederick facility. The new Frederick facility, built in 2013, features 4,500 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of warehouse space and more than eight acres of outside inventory storage.
In April 2007, LB Water expanded its distribution reach from Pennsylvania into Maryland. The first location in Frederick opened many new business opportunities and the abilities to serve the metro areas of Baltimore and Washington, D.C. The original location consisted of 3,800 square feet of office space, 6,700 square feet of warehousing, and four and a half acres of outside inventory storage.
LB Water is a value-added distributor of waterworks-infrastructure products for the Mid-Atlantic region, including water-metering technologies, water infrastructure, sanitary sewers, stormwater, and environmental—erosion/stabilization.
