Pennsylvania Rural Water Association Recognizes LB Water

SELINSGROVE, PA – The Pennsylvania Rural Water Association has recognized LB Water for its dedication and work to improve water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure in rural Pennsylvania.  PRWA presented the “Friend of Rural Water” honor to LB Water on March 26 during the association’s annual conference, held in State College. 

During the past 5 years, LB Water has worked closely with PRWA to conduct training sessions and develop promotional efforts designed to generate awareness, and offer solutions to improve rural water systems throughout Pennsylvania.

PRWA 2“We are honored that PRWA chose to present LB Water with this award and are proud to have worked with the association to help address Pennsylvania’s rural water needs,” said board member Walt Van Nuys. “I would like to commend the dedication and hard work of our employees, whose efforts were recognized through this award.” Van Nuys added “PRWA is an excellent organization that works to promote the best practices of water systems, their membership is well served”.
