LB Water Announces Change to Board of Directors

SELINSGROVE – LB Water is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Pulaski, CPA, CGMA, CFP, as Chair of the Board, and Malena Moore Gittler, Ph.D., as Vice Chair of the Board. These appointments mark an important step in the company’s continued growth and leadership development.

Mark Pulaski succeeds Jim App as Chair of the Board. Pulaski has worked with LB Water since 2003, and has served on the Board of Directors of the company since 2013. He has been instrumental in numerous company milestones, including location expansions, the establishment of new lines of business, and ESOP growth. He has been a principal at Cornerstone Advisors in Allentown for more than 20 years, focusing on privately-held businesses, including general and heavy civil contractors. He brings expertise in finance, strategic business planning, organizational alignment, and human-capital development.

A graduate of Bucknell University with a Master of Science in Financial Services from the American College, Pulaski also has extensive executive leadership experience in the banking industry. His prior roles include Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and President of Wealth Management. He began his career as an auditor and consultant for several national public accounting firms.

Malena has served on the LB Water Board since 2022, playing a pivotal role in advancing learning and development initiatives that strengthen and sustain the organization’s culture. As Learning Design Manager for Penn State World Campus, she leads the strategic design of high-impact, scalable learning experiences for a global audience.

Over the last 25 years, Moore Gittler has partnered with corporations, federal agencies, and higher education institutions to deliver innovative workplace learning and performance solutions. Her background also includes experience as a sales specialist in the insurance and pharmaceutical industries, bringing a strong business and stakeholder-focused perspective to her work.

Moore Gittler holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Instructional Systems from Penn State University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
